Graham cracker pie crust
2 bars of cream cheese
1 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ tablespoon of lemon juice
In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Blend with an electric mixer until smooth. Next, spoon the batter into the pie crust and make sure everything is even. Place in the refrigerator, and the cheese cake will be ready in 6-8 hours. Enjoy plain or top with fresh fruit…or even chocolate.
